We choose products with reactive skin in mind. If a formula doesn't feel right for sensitive skin, it doesn't make the collection.

No countdown anxiety, no daily blasts, no manufactured urgency. About one thoughtful update per month, written by a person.

Skin questions and order issues get a one-business-day reply from someone on the team. Never an AI auto-responder, never a sales script.

Sapphire Cove is a values-led brand built around manufacturer-made private-label formulas. We don't run the lab — we choose the collection, publish what's in it, and support you directly. So it's clear, here's what our manufacturing partner handles and what we handle.
What our manufacturing partner handles
Made by a private-label manufacturer
Our launch formulas are developed and produced by our manufacturing partner, a private-label skincare maker. Sapphire Cove doesn't formulate or manufacture in-house.
QA tested before release
Our manufacturing partner's QA process tests each production batch before it's released. Sapphire Cove doesn't run its own lab or testing panel.

We chose a short, three-step routine with reactive skin in mind, and kept it to full sizes — no minis, no upsell tiers.
Full ingredient lists, published
We publish the complete ingredient list for each product, using the information provided for the selected formulas, so you can check every ingredient yourself.
A real person on the other end
Skin questions and order issues get a reply from someone on the Sapphire Cove team, usually within one business day — never an AI script or a sales funnel.
Calm, honest communication
About one or two updates a month, no manufactured urgency, and we never sell or share your email.
Still confirming
We're gathering documentation from our manufacturer before we publish claims like vegan, cruelty-free, “free-from,” or pregnancy-safe for each product. Until we can back a claim in writing, we'd rather leave it off than overstate it.
