Every product decision starts with the question: is this comfortable for reactive skin? If the answer isn't a clear yes, it doesn't ship.

No countdown anxiety, no daily blasts, no manufactured urgency. About one thoughtful update per month, written by a person.

Skin questions and order issues get a one-business-day reply from someone on the team. Never an AI auto-responder, never a sales script.

A short, public checklist we hold every product to before it ships. If a formula does not pass each line, it does not go in the box.
100% vegan
No animal-derived ingredients. No beeswax, lanolin, carmine, or honey across the line.
Cruelty-free at every stage
Finished products and ingredients are never tested on animals; supplier confirmations on file.
Free from common irritants
No synthetic fragrance, parabens, sulfates (SLS/SLES), phthalates, formaldehyde donors, or DEA.
Sensitive-skin focused
Patch-test friendly formulas, low-pH where it matters, and barrier-supporting humectants.
Full ingredient disclosure
Every component listed by INCI name on the label and online; no proprietary blends hiding actives.
Stability and microbial tested
Each formula passes preservative challenge and 12-week stability testing before release.
Pregnancy-aware screening
We exclude retinoids, salicylic acid above 0.5%, and other ingredients commonly flagged during pregnancy.
Recyclable primary packaging
Glass bottles and PET containers chosen for curbside recyclability; cartons are FSC-certified paper.
