We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to all text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, icons, illustrations, designs, written and other materials, audio, video, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof — are owned by Sapphire Cove Skincare LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Site without our prior written consent, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

By joining our waitlist or subscribing to updates, you consent to receive emails from Sapphire Cove related to product launches, promotions, skincare tips, and company updates. You may opt out of these communications at any time by:

• Clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in every marketing email.
• Contacting us directly at sapphireskin2023@gmail.com with a request to be removed.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your opt-out request to be processed. Even after opting out of marketing emails, we may still contact you regarding transactional or administrative matters related to your account.

Sapphire Cove is currently in its pre-launch phase. All product descriptions, ingredients, imagery, pricing, and availability information on the Site are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Nothing on the Site constitutes medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new skincare routine, particularly if you have sensitive or autoimmune-prone skin.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER SAPPHIRE COVE NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH SAPPHIRE COVE REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SITE WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SAPPHIRE COVE SKINCARE LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SITE, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Sapphire Cove Skincare LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within that jurisdiction, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Sapphire Cove Skincare LLC regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
