Three products: the Cucumber Daily Cleanser ($32 / 8 oz), the Bakuchiol Face Serum ($39 / 1 oz), and the Hydrating Face Moisturizer ($37 / 2 oz). Each is sold individually (plus $8.50 shipping), or together as the Radiance Trio for $99 with free shipping.

Where do you ship, and how much does shipping cost?

Shipping and handling is a flat $8.50 per product, and the Radiance Trio ships free. You'll always see your final shipping total at checkout before you pay — nothing hidden.

What's your return and refund policy?

Accepted Answer

30-day satisfaction guarantee on every product, opened or unopened. If a formula doesn't work for your skin, email sapphireskin2023@gmail.com with your order number and we'll issue a full refund — no return shipping required.

Question 5

Will there be sample sizes or a trial set?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. A three-piece discovery set is something we'd like to offer, but it isn't available to order today and we don't have a date for it. For now the collection is sold in full sizes only — no minis or trial tiers. Subscribe to the newsletter and we'll say so if that changes.

Are the products good for sensitive or reactive skin?

We selected the collection with reactive skin in mind, but sensitivities are individual, so we don't make blanket "safe for everyone" claims. We name the key ingredients in every product, and we don't yet publish complete INCI lists — so if you're watching for a specific ingredient, synthetic fragrance, sulfates or anything else, email us before you buy and we'll share the ingredient information we have for that product.

Can I use these products during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

We name the key ingredients in every product, and we'll send you the ingredient information we hold for a product on request, so you can review it with your OB/GYN or dermatologist — that's the safest way to check during pregnancy or breastfeeding. We can't give medical advice, so please run any new routine past your provider before starting.

Who makes the products?

The launch products are manufacturer-made private-label formulas. We work with a private-label manufacturer that develops and produces them, and its QA process tests each production batch before release. Sapphire Cove doesn't formulate, manufacture, or lab-test in-house — our role is choosing the collection, publishing the ingredient information, and supporting you directly.

Is a subscription required, or are products sold one-off?

No subscription is required. Every product is sold as a one-time purchase — nothing auto-bills, and there is no plan to cancel.

How do I unsubscribe or update my email?

Accepted Answer

Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter email — that removes you straight away. You can also reply to any Sapphire Cove email and ask to be removed; please allow up to five business days for a request handled by hand. To change the address on file or remove yourself entirely, you can also write to sapphireskin2023@gmail.com.
