When does the first collection launch?

Four full-size products: a Calm Gel Cleanser ($22 / 150 ml), Bloom Hydrating Serum ($38 / 30 ml), Cove Barrier Cream ($42 / 50 ml), and Daily Mineral Veil SPF 30 ($36 / 50 ml). Each is sold individually, or as the full routine for $138 retail ($110.40 with the waitlist discount).

Where do you ship, and how much does shipping cost?

At launch we ship to the United States and Canada. Standard US shipping is $5.95, free over $50. Canada is $14.95 flat, with import duties prepaid at checkout so there are no surprise fees on delivery. Orders ship within 2 business days from our fulfillment partner.

What's your return and refund policy?

30-day satisfaction guarantee on every product, opened or unopened. If a formula doesn't work for your skin, email sapphireskin2023@gmail.com with your order number and we'll issue a full refund — no return shipping required.

Will there be sample sizes or a trial set?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A four-piece discovery set with 5–10 ml of each product will be offered for $18 starting on launch day. Waitlist members get one complimentary discovery set with any full-size order during the first week.

Are the products fragrance-free and safe for sensitive or reactive skin?

Accepted Answer

Every product is free of synthetic fragrance, parabens, sulfates (SLS/SLES), phthalates, and formaldehyde donors. Each formula is patch-test friendly and built around barrier-supporting humectants. We also provide a printable allergen and ingredient sheet on every product page.

Can I use these products during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?

The launch collection excludes retinoids, salicylic acid above 0.5%, and other ingredients commonly flagged by OB/GYNs and dermatologists during pregnancy. We still recommend running any new routine past your provider — full INCI lists are published openly so you can share them.

Where are products formulated and manufactured?

Formulation is led in the United States and produced in small batches at an FDA-registered, GMP-compliant facility. Each batch is tested for microbial safety and stability before it leaves the lab.

No subscription is required. Every product is available as a one-time purchase. We'll offer an optional refill reminder email at checkout — you can ignore it, and nothing auto-bills.
